Order Processing Time
All orders need 1–3 business days for processing and packing. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. We do not ship on non-working days.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch:
Domestic shipments: 7–15 business days
International shipments: 12–30 business days
Delays may be caused by customs clearance, logistics congestion or remote delivery regions. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Shipping Charges
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on package weight and destination.
We may launch free shipping promotions; all relevant promotion rules will be clearly displayed on our website.
Customs & Import Taxes
For cross-border shipments, all import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our store will not undertake these expenses.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package:
Please check your mailbox, neighbors and local post office first.
Contact us within 14 days after marked delivery for support.
We will initiate an investigation together with the logistics carrier.
